Occasionally you will have problems with something not working, such as your CD-ROM, modem, printer, or many other components that go with the computer.  If you should have this problem we can evaluate the problem, give you a price and fix it at your location.  We can also provide the parts that will be needed to fix the problem at a lower price than most other retail businesses.
Hardware upgrades:

Sometimes you will find that your computer does not have the resources for something new that has been released, or you find that you simply want a faster computer.  You have the option of purchasing a new computer or upgrading the one you already have.  We can do most upgrades at your location including adding Ram, adding a CD burner or a DVD player, putting in a larger hard drive and many other upgrades.
Software troubleshooting:

Most problems that people have with their computer are related to software problems.  Usually you have a file that has somehow been deleted or become unusable to the computer, or a setting may have been changed accidentally.  We can find these problems and fix them, as well as give the computer an overall tune-up and getting it running as good as new.  We can also get rid of viruses and spyware if you have them.
Software upgrades:

Have you decided that you would like to have the stability of Windows XP or would you like to have the Office suite that did not come with your computer?  We can evaluate your computer to determine if your current system can run the software you would like to install.  Then we provide the software and install it at a price that will be comparable in price to you purchasing the software for yourself.  We can also take care of other problems such as setting up your Internet service or email for you.
New computers

We build our computers to fit the requirements of our customers.  The computers we build will compare in price to the ones you can purchase at the major retailers but will not have the low cost components that are used in brand name computers.  So what you will get from PC Wizard is a better computer at around the same price.  Also included in the price of our computers, we will bring the computer to your location set it up and show you how to use the software installed on the computer.  We also provide the same standard warranty as the brand name computers of one year parts and labor, plus we will come to you if you have a problem and fix the computer for you.
Training

PC Wizard also offers training at your location with the computer that you will be using all the time.  We can train you on most Microsoft products and will take the time to train you correctly so you still remember how to do it after we are gone.
